Nancy Delores (Weger) Robinson
December 1, 1944 ~ May 1, 2023

Nancy Delores Weger Robinson of Durant passed peacefully at Southern Pointe Living Center in Colbert on Monday, May 1, 2023 at the age of 78. She was born in Denison, Texas to Gordan Weger, Sr. and Opal (Starnes) Weger on December 1, 1944.

Nancy worked as a production line worker at Oscar Mayer for many years before retiring. After retirement she enjoyed many activities, such as collecting clowns and purses and going to garage sales and camping. She loved watching football, especially OU and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Nancy was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Tommy Turnbull and wife Leann of Durant, Oklahoma; sisters Betty Neely of Denison, Texas, Linda Morrison of Pottsboro, Texas, and Kathy Brown and husband Philip of Gordonville, Texas; brothers Gordan Weger, Jr. and wife Lena of Denison, Texas, and Danny Weger and wife Teresa of Florida; good friend Sharon Bridges and like-a-daughter LaDonna Franklin and husband Allan, as well as special friends of the family Ricky and Cindy Reese and Keith and Reanae Childers. Her legacy lives on with her seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding her in death are her parents Opal and Gordan Weger, Sr., daughter Dawn Denise Turnbull Barnett and husband Ricky Barnett, stillborn twin daughters Darla and Darlene Turnbull, daughter-in-law Julia Turnbull, grandchildren Micah Barnett, Shamilla Barnett, and Little Tommy Turnbull. Also preceding her in death are her special pets, Chico, and Alley.

Family hour of visitation will be Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home Chapel with Jessie Hopkins officiating. Nancy will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Denison, Texas following her funeral service.

Those serving as pallbearers are Johnny Weger, Jake Trujillo, Aaron Franklin, Colt Franklin, Ricky Reese, and Sebastian Pineda.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the Southern Pointe Living Center of Colbert, Oklahoma for loving and taking such good care of our mom.
