E. Lucille "Lucy" Camren Robinett, 85, of Edwardsville, Kansas, passed away August 3, 2016 at Golden Living Center. Private family services are scheduled at this time.
Lucy was born September 2, 1930 in Stroud, Oklahoma to Ellis and Olive Mae Camren. She graduated from Wann High School in Wann, OK. Lucy traveled extensively until 1960 until she settled in Kansas City. She has been very active in various churches and worked a variety of jobs throughout her life. She waited tables, managed Real Estate, was a substitute teacher, and sold Avon for 25 years. Lucy received many awards and achievements while with Avon. She loved her Red Hat Society and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Olive Mae Camren; and her brother Garver Camren. Lucy is survived by her children, Harold Gaskill (Denise) of Edwardsville, Don Gaskill (Sharon) of Copan, OK, Mark Gaskill (Deena) of KCK, Susan Wood (Ben) of DeSoto, KS, and Linda Bowers (Tim); her siblings, Virgil Camrel of Nowata, OK, Joseph Camren (Linda) of KCK, David Camren of Tyro, KS, Patricia Schuster (Jerry) of Independence, MO, and Margie Blair of Sedalia, MO; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
