Jackie "Big Jack" Lee Robbins was born in Frederick, Oklahoma to Donald Everett and Della Faye (Koontz) Robbins on August 22, 1950. He passed away March 18, 2018 at his home in Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 6 months and 24 days.
Jack was raised 12 years in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He and his mom moved to Erick, Oklahoma to be near his grandparents and that is where he graduated high school in 1969. Jack attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University at Sayre for 2 years before he began his working career on a farm south of Elk City. He later went on to work in the oilfield in 1975 testing pipe for PA Inc. until 1983 when he went to work as a surveyor with Jefferies as a pipeline inspector until 2014 when he retired.
Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting guns and knives and drawing. He thought everyone should live life to its fullest, spending time with good friends and also liked new trucks.
Jack gave his life to the Lord on August 22, 2006 and took pride in teaching his friends about true friendship.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
Although Big Jack was the last of his family, he had many friends that he considered family.
