Rosanna Clarita (Fitzpatrick) Rippy
July 30, 1947 ~ February 11, 2019

Rosanna Clarita Rippy, 71, of Guthrie, OK, left this life on Monday, February 11, 2019. She was born in Guthrie, OK on July 30, 1947 to Leo Nealis and Myrtle Warrick - Fitzpatrick.

"Rosie" enjoyed gardening (which she passed on to her children), writing (she was published in several books), and being with her family. She went to school for real estate and worked in bookkeeping and as a C.P.A. She really enjoyed keeping up with her grandchildren and loved each and every one of them dearly and she had quite a few.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Myrtle Fitzpatrick; three brothers, Don, Wayne, and Bobby; and two step-children, John and Kitty.

Rosie is survived by her children, Teresa Gibson and husband, James of Crescent, OK; Gary Ferris and wife, Kristy of Guthrie; Robert Ferris and wife, Jill of Guthrie; Sherry Elliott and Gary Myers of Guthrie; and Lee Woods and wife, April of Luther, OK. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Randy Biggs and wife, Kendra; Stephanie Anastasopoulos and husband, John; Josh Johnston and wife, Kayla; Charity Shotwell and Danny; Sierra Bowman and Ross; Alexa Ferris; Derrek Long and Caroline; Kaylea Robertson and Michael; Chyanna Woods; Gary Ferris, III and wife, Samie; Collin Ferris; Makailee Woods; and Cadence Ferris. Also surviving Rosie are her great-grandchildren, Kylar, Bella, Wyatt, Garrett, Montana, Emma, Abrianna, Sophia, Charli - Ann, and McKenzie - Lynn and two on the way, Mia and Gary IV. She is also survived by her sisters, Edith Savory, Terri McBane, and Ruby Kaiser as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Lakeview Baptist Church, 122 West Seward Rd., Guthrie. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.

There will be no visitation
