Rogelio Rios was born November 13, 1952 in Post, Texas to Juan and Victoria Rios and passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the age of 61 years and 7 months at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Rogelio's family moved to Elk City in 1963. He was married to Kathie Jones November 26, 1973 and they made their home in Elk City. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include wife, Kathie and son Roberto of the home, Diana Winlock, Lolita Wooten, Richard and wife Trisha, Angelita and husband Rodolpho Rodriguez, Sara and husband Trint Wood all of Elk City, and Elaina and husband Justin Harrel.
Sisters, Molly Herndon of Perryton, Texas, Connie Woodard of Elk City, Alicia Izzequirre of Clinton, Oklahoma and Becky Ruiz of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jesse Rios of Marlow, Oklahoma, Wally Rios of Elk City, 20 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Phillip Andrew Rios,
four brothers, three sisters, and one nephew.
