Everett E. Rinehart

Everett E. Rinehart
March 24, 1946 ~ April 11, 2013

Everett E. Rinehart, longtime resident of Ponca City, passed Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Ponca City Medical Center. He was 67 years of age.

Everett was born March 24, 1946 in Ponca City, the son of Harold Erwin Rinehart and Mary O. West Rinehart. He was a 1964 graduate of Ponca City High School and attended Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa. He was married to Jana Middlebusher on November 13, 1970 in Ponca City. He served his country in both the Army Reserve and the National Guard. Everett had been employed in the Shipping and Receiving Department of Conoco prior to his retirement in 2003. His greatest enjoyment was his grandkids and spending time with all his family. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, yard work, mowing and traveling around the United States.

Everett is survived by his wife, Jana, of the home one daughter, Kristi Anderson and husband, Troy one son, Tracy Rinehart and wife, Tricia, all of Ponca City two brothers, Larry Rinehart and wife, Bobbie, of Arkansas City and Dean Rinehart and wife, Pegi, of Ponca City four grandsons, Collin Rinehart, Carter Rinehart, Cooper Anderson and Carson Anderson motherinlaw, Lavera Middlebusher of Ponca City sisterinlaw, Lana Schilling and husband, Marvin, of Fort Smith, Arkansas brotherinlaw, Terry Middlebusher and wife, Marilyn, of Ponca City numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents one infant sister and fatherinlaw, Paul Middlebusher.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 at the First Lutheran Church with Pastors Tom Ramsey and Jeremy May presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
