Rebecca Louise Riley, 71, of Pryor, gained her beautiful wings. She was born on August 27, 1953, in Claremore, Oklahoma to Gladys and Nick Bark Jr. She grew up in the Salina/Kenwood area where she attended and graduated from Salina High School. She loved hunting, fishing, oldies, dancing, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. She worked as a seamstress at King Louie in Adair for about 27 years before the factory closed. Rebecca was a very kind, sweet, and generous woman who was loved by many and had a countless number of friends. Rebecca was married to Gerald "Jerry" Arie Sr. from 1972 until their separation in 1977. In 1989, she reconnected with the love of her life, Eddie Riley. They were married on March 31, 1989, and lived happily for 32 years until Eddie departed this life in 2021.
Survivors include her daughters, Crystal Cummings and husband Adam of Pryor, OK, Channa Walker and fiancé Ron Glaspie of Edna, KS, and Misty Arie of Eurika, KS; 5 sons, Gerald Arie Jr., of Independence, KS, Joe Arie and wife Tammy of Neodesha, KS, Leonard Arie of Eurika, KS, Donavan Riley and wife Leil of Portland, OR, and John Riley and wife Jen of Freemont, CA; 45 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gladys and Nick Bark Jr.; husbands, Eddie Riley and Gerald Arie Sr.; sister, Glenda Exendine; brothers, Larry Bark, and Gary Bark; and son, Terry Dean Arie.
Funeral services for Rebecca will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 9, 2025, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Shipman's Funeral Home. To leave a message, please visit her guestbook at www.shipmansfuneralhome.com.
