George Edward Riley, 79, passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born on January 6, 1946, in Nowata, Oklahoma, to Thomas M. Riley and Lettie Woods Riley.

He married Judith C. Turner on March 1, 1972, in Miami, Oklahoma. They shared one son, Jon Turner, and two granddaughters, Lyssa Hardebeck and Morgan Turner.

George retired from Schlumberger after a dedicated career of 36 years and 7 months. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, though his health had limited these activities in recent years. Above all, he cherished his relationship with his Lord and Savior. His favorite scripture was Psalm 23.

George came from a large family, with four brothers and seven sisters. He is survived by his sisters Juanita, Mary, Georgia, Jessie, and Deloras, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
