Darlia Jean Rieger 58, of Enid, was born to Julie Pauline (Killingsworth) and Royce Warren Emerson on November 3, 1957, in Yuba City, California, passed peacefully into the arms of the one she desired to be with most, our Heavenly Father on May 12, 2016.
Darlia graduated from Hennessey High School in 1975. Her life was filled with many challenges Those closest to her will always remember her to be the strongest, most beautiful woman they had known. A precious and beloved Mother, wife, grandmother and sister that will be missed dearly, but is now at peace. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren teaching them and growing with them. So many wonderful memories. She was a very hard worker with excellent work ethic, enjoyed managing her own mowing business, helping to care for elderly and less fortunate during her spare time and joining her friends for Church and brunches.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, John F. Rieger, and brother Darrell Wayne Emerson.
She is survived by her daughter Kacey Pauline Evans, Wichita, KS/Phoenix, AZ; son, Johnny Lee Rieger, Enid, OK; Grandchildren, Miah Rae Rieger and Laetyn Lee Rieger, both of Enid; Sisters, Donna Fay Schulz, (Greg) Snyder, OK, and Cindy Coppage, (Allen), Riverside, CA; nieces and nephews, Jammie Lavonne Emerson, Stroud, OK, Jennah Pauline Emerson, Jasper Wayne Emerson, Dover, OK, Hans Emerson Schulz, and Hydn Josef Schulz, Snyder, OK.
