Memorial services for Ingrid Anne-Marie Rider, age 62 will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Abundant Life Fellowship, with Pastor Jay Jones officiating. Services are under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
Ingrid Anne-Marie Rider was born in Giessen, Germany on May 19, 1945, the daughter of Jonny Thiel and Margarete (Kaledat) Thiel.
After her childhood in Germany, Ingrid moved to California at the age of seventeen, and then eventually settled in northeaster Oklahoma.
On July 26, 1991, Ingrid married Michael Leroy Rider in Siloam Springs, AR, and their marriage thrived until the day of her passing.
Ingrid returned home to the Lord on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, with her family at her side.
Preceding Ingrid in death were her parents and her brother, Borkhardt Thiel.
Keeping Ingrid alive in their memories are her survivors, her beloved husband Mike, of the home, her three children; Michael Casteel and wife Paula of Siloam Springs, AR, Michelle Wilson of Tahlequah, OK, and Steven Casteel and wife Ronaye of Rogers, AR, her brother; Klaus-Dietrich Thiel of Giessen, Germany, seven grandchildren, her three stepchildren, five step grand-children, her mother-in-law, Margaret Steele of Siloam Springs, AR, and her sister-in-law, Teresa and Larry Roberts of Siloam Springs, AR as well as a multitude of family, friends, loved ones and church family.
Her warm and loving spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
