Rondel W. Rice, 51, of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, passed away due to injuries following an auto accident on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Ron was born October 14, 1957 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Richard Rice and Helen Lucas Lemmond.

He graduated from Southwest High School in Oklahoma City.

He worked for many years for the United Postal Service of which he was looking forward to retiring from.

He belonged to the Congregation of Jehovah's Witness where he served as an Elder for many years and also had the privilege of helping in the Jehovah's Witness Regional Building Committee.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Rice and brother, Curtis Rice.

Ron is survived by his wife Kelli; daughters, Tarrah and Kylah of the home; son, Justin Rice of Oklahoma; daughters, Jennifer of Oklahoma City; and Tiffany of Midwest City; three grandchildren, Wyatt, Ellie and Cylie; mother, Helen Lemmond and her husband Roy of Hugo, Oklahoma; brother, Rick Rice and his wife Sandy of Oklahoma City; sister, Gaye Johnson and her husband Gary of Shawnee; five nieces and nephews and countless other family and friends.

A special thanks to his very close friends Greg Pearce and Dave Seely.

He shared a wonderful hope of the future that Jehovah has given him and he wanted everyone to know of that hope from the Bible. He served his God with whole souled devotion and fought the fine fight to the end.

Services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness at 5749 NW 37th St., in Warr Acres, Oklahoma.
