Rhonda Jean Rice, 55, of Bartlesville, died at 10:35 A.M. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at The Journey Home in Bartlesville.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Rhonda Jean Rice was born at Jane Phillips Memorial Hospital in Bartlesville on January 14, 1963 the daughter of Jack Oscar Rice and Nola Jean (Reding) Rice. She attended Bartlesville schools including Wilson Elementary, Madison Junior High and Sooner High School where she graduated in 1981. She had also lived in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She had been employed as the Deli manager at Safeway/Homeland in Bartlesville. An avid Christian, she had attended both the Warriors for Christ and City Church. Her interests included Johnny Depp, fishing, going to the lake, Bikes, Blues and Barbeque and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Rhonda was a unique individual with a great love for family and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Survivors include her two children, Ethan Lee Hickman and Rachel Lynn Hickman, a nephew Shannon Conley and his wife, Megan and their children, a niece, Abby Renee Hickman and her children and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Tina Marie (Rice) Hickman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider contributions for financial assistance for the services. Contributions may be made to Shannon D. Conley Family Support Trust at Arvest Bank
