December 4, 1946 ~ June 15, 2021

Robert Ira Rhoden was born on December 4, 1946 in Harris, Oklahoma to Robert and Lucille (Laney) Rhoden. Robert passed from this life on June 15, 2021 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 74.

Robert married Lucinda Gail Ryan on April 12, 1965 in Idabel, Oklahoma. They have been blessed with 56 years of marriage. Robert enjoyed fishing and deeply loved his family and friends and treasured the time he spent with them.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Tommy, Dale and Orval Rhoden.

Robert is survived by his loving and devoted wife Cindy Rhoden of the home; beloved daughters Tessa Hunt of Rowlett, TX, Tracy Kinney of Durant, OK and Teri Neely of Villa Rica, GA; treasured grandchildren Mathew Neely, Caleb Neely, Jacob Hunt, Ethan Hunt, Hannah Kinney and Tarrah Kinney; adored great grandchildren Colton, Brooks, Reid, Sonny, Cheylynne, Conway, Cash, Silas and Khane and sister Sharon Rhoden.

A celebration of Robert’s life will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
