Glenda Sue (Woodward) Rhine

Glenda Sue (Woodward) Rhine
November 18, 1949 ~ June 7, 2025

Glenda Sue Rhine, 75, of Pryor, passed away on June 7, 2025, in Tulsa. Glenda was born November 18, 1949, in Sikeston, Missouri, to Samuel and Margie (Noe) Woodward.

In 1982, she married the love of her life, Billy Rhine, in Huntsville, Arkansas. They shared more than four decades of laughter, love, and a lifetime of memories before his passing in 2023. Glenda was a true homemaker through and through. She found joy in the simple things—baking something sweet, keeping a tidy home, and making sure everyone was well fed and cared for. She loved being outside, especially camping and watching the birds in her yard. Cardinals were her favorite. She also enjoyed a good card game and time spent with those she loved. She lived a life of quiet strength, steady devotion, and a heart full of love. She’ll be dearly missed by all who knew her.

No formal services are planned at this time. To leave her family a message, please visit her Tribute Wall at www.shipmansfuneralhome.com. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shipman’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Glenda is survived by her son, Casey Rhine and wife Sarah of Pryor, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Avah Rhine of Pryor, Oklahoma; sister, Becky Nelson and husband Bill of Arkansas; and nephew, Michael Pelfrey of Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Margie Woodward; husband, Billy Rhine; sister, Patsy Woodward; and brother, Gene Woodward.
