A Celebration of Life for Lauralee Reynolds, age 61, of Enid, is 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 6th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Lauralee was born June 26, 1958 in Enid, to Donald and Cleda (Quiggle) Mills, and passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at home in Enid.
She graduated from Enid High School with the class of 1976. She married Mike Reynolds on January 6, 1977 in Enid. She worked at Atwood's for over 20 years, and then worked for Merry Maids of Enid another 20 years before purchasing it with her brother-in-law, Wade West. She was very dedicated to the customers she served at Merry Maids. It wasn't uncommon for her to buy them gifts and check on them when they were sick. Her customers loved her just the same and she was well loved by all who knew her.
She and Mike had two children, Amanda and Marq. Her three grandchildren were her life's passion. Being a grandmother defined her; everyone referred to her as "Grandma".
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Cleda Mills; and twin sister, Lauratte West.
Lauralee is survived by her husband Mike, of the home in Enid; daughter, Amanda Brooks of Enid; son Marq Reynolds of Enid; three grandchildren, Michelle, Samijo, and Alissa Brooks, all of Enid; two sisters, Charlotte Kuchinsky, of Virginia; Crystel Mills, of Quinlan, Texas; and her much loved nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Lauralee's name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love and St. Jude Children's Hospital with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
