Kelly Gene Reese, 54, of Wann, Oklahoma, died Monday, August 17, 2020.

Kelly was born April 10, 1966, to parents Gary and Donna (Deaton) Reese in Coffeyville, Kansas. He attended Wann Schools and graduated as a Warrior in 1984. He then received his associates degree in computer aided drafting.

Kelly worked as a network engineer for MicroAge, SageNet and Bartlesville ISD. He received numerous computer and network certifications throughout the years.

He married Robin Roundtree on January 1, 1991. The couple had two children, Whitley and Jared.

Kelly enjoyed running, especially with his wife, traveling, bushcrafting and going to concerts. He loved being outdoors.

Kelly would say his biggest accomplishment in his life was becoming a “Pops” to his grandchildren and also becoming a runner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna and father in law Sammy Roundtree.

Kelly is survived by his wife and best friend of 29 years, Robin; daughter Whitley and husband Cody Pollet; son Jared Reese; grandchildren Milo and Isla; father Gary Reese; sister Pam and husband Joe Cramer; brother Scott and wife Sherri Reese; mother in law Cathy Roundtree; brothers in law James Roundtree and wife Angie,Sam Roundtree and wife Debbie and Thom Roundtree and sisters in law Marsha Roundtree and Malea Roundtree. He had a special place in his heart for his numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A celebration of Kelly’s life will be held on Thursday, August 20 at 5pm at Sooner Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations in Kelly’s name to Hopestone Cancer Support Center of Bartlesville.
