Clarence Reed

Clarence Reed
March 27, 1939 ~ July 27, 2017

Clarence Reed, age 78, of Warner, Oklahoma and formerly of Lawton passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017.

Clarence was born on March 27, 1939 in Frackville, Pennsylvania to Marvin and Deloris Reed. Shortly after high school, Clarence insisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country for over twenty years. While in the Army, he served in Vietnam and received numerous awards, medals and citations. After retiring from the Army, Clarence went to work for Goodyear in Lawton and worked there for over twenty-two years before retiring. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and playing poker with his best friend, Jim Madaj. In his free time, he collected coins and swords. He was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.

Preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Delores Reed; one daughter, Karen Inger; one brother, Marvin Reed and one sister, Jeanne Livergood,

Clarence is survived by three sons, Ron Reed and wife Cindy, Jack Reed and Brandon Reed and husband Shawn; two daughters, Kathy Gorman and husband Rock and Krystal Wilkerson and husband Tim; one son in law, Mark Inger; best friend, Jim Madaj; seven grandchildren, Rena, Tena, Jackie, Dylan, Katie, Rock and Ryder; four great grandchildren, Kyla, Kara, Carson and Cooper; one sister Lori Andrews along with numerous other relatives and close friends. 

Cremation services have been entrusted to Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service
