Jason E. Reagor

Jason E. Reagor
November 26, 1982 ~ March 18, 2018

Jason E. Reagor, age 35, long time resident of Arkansas City, Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Jason was born on November 26, 1982 to Weldon W. Reagor Jr. and Linda S. O'Neil Reagor-O'Connors in Winfield, KS. He was raised in Arkansas City, attending schools there. After high school, Jason set about on his career as a heavy equipment operator. While many do not enjoy their field of work, Jason absolutely loved being behind the controls of large machinery. His skill as an operator was unquestioned amongst his colleagues working on oil pipelines. When he wasn't at the controls of his work rigs, Jason was often out seeing the countryside on his motorcycle, hunting, or fishing. Those that knew him would eagerly await his legendary cajun creole meals or anything else Jason would cook for them. Hard work, hard play was the ethic Jason lived by. Every morning he woke up energized, ready to work or play. Above all, Jason was great father, son, brother, and grandson. Family was of immense importance to Jason and he stayed in close contact with those he loved.

Survivors include his beloved mother, Linda S. Reagor-O'Connors of Arkansas City, KS, adored daughter, Kylie Chi-ann Reagor of Gallipolis, OH, dear brother, Joseph O'Connors of Arkansas City, KS cherished grandparents Juanita and Thomas Whyde, of Arkansas City, and his furry pal Nibbler.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, Weldon and Janet Reagor as well as his maternal grandfather Leonard O'Neil.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with the family inviting those they wish to attend. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
