Glenda Sue (Whitmire) Raines
January 20, 1950 ~ November 10, 2023

Glenda Sue (Whitmire) Raines, a Coalgate resident, was born on January 20, 1950, to Earnest L. and Wanda Sue (Workman) Whitmire, at Caddo, Oklahoma. She passed away on November 10, 2023 at Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years, 9 months and 21 days. Glenda attended Phillips and Minco Grade School and graduated from Coleman High School in the Class of 1968. She was an in-home care giver for many years. Glenda loved watching Astros baseball.

Sons: Stacy Raines of Justin, TX

Shannon Raines and wife Alyssa of Atoka, OK

Brothers: David Whitmire of Sherman, TX

Gary Whitmire and wife Lisa of Filmore, OK

Grandsons: TJ Davis and wife Alison of Port Aransas, TX

Kyler Raines of Bokchito, OK

Joseph Raines of Atoka, OK

Granddaughter: Ruby Raines of Atoka, OK

Great Grandson: Josiah Davis of Port Aransas, TX

Along with nieces, nephews, cousins and dearly loved friends

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY

Father: Earnest “Junior” Whitmire

Mother: Wanda Sue Whitmire

Brother: James Leroy Whitmire

Family will have Memorial Services at a later time.
