Eugene Lamarr Pulley, was born March 22, 1920 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Joseph Mills and Ruth (Price) Pulley, and departed this life on December 25, 2005 in Westville at the age of 85 years, nine months and 4 days.
Eugene loved his role as husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He worked as a manage for the Marathon Oil Company for many years. He enjoyed life and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Mills and Ruth (Price) Pulley; his wife Ruby Devine Pulley; one brother: Floyd Leon Pulley; and one sister: Betty Jo Ball.
He is survived by a loving family that includes two daughters, Phyllis Jozwik and husband Francis of Casper, Wyoming and Janice Myers of Charleston, South Carolina; five grandchildren: Melissa Champion and husband Michael of Lander, Wyoming, John Gist and wife Wendy of Silver City, New Mexico, Monica Ratliff and husband Robert of Casper, Wyoming, Sean Wyman and wife Lynn of Tallahassee, Florida, and Kevin Myers of Charleston, South Carolina; and seven great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
Graveside services were held Thursday, December 29, 2005 at Ganderville Cemetery, Summers Arkansas with Bro. Chris Harrison officiating.
Interment followed under the direction of Robert Funeral Home of Westville, Oklahoma.
