Patricia Ann Pruett, a long time resident of the Stilwell area, passed away Friday the 17th of July at home.
She was born in 1938 in Kansas City, KS, to Ray and Mabel Folsom.
She was married to Lee Pruett in 1960. They were blessed with three children, Daniel, Kathryn, and James. Patricia loved good food and studying the bible, and attended church at The Lighthouse in Stilwell until she was unable to do so due to health reasons. She loved watching church services on television and was a devout and faithful Christian woman. She had an infectious laugh, and lit up the room when she entered. She loved to visit with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Pruett; mother, Mabel Folsom; father, Ray Folsom; and sister, Virginia Warner.
She is survived by her three children: Daniel Pruett and wife Becky, of Oologah, OK; Kathryn Gaches, of Stilwell; and James Pruett and wife Kim, of Conway, Ark. Also, seven grandchildren: Daniel Pruett, Jr. and wife McKinley of Stigler, OK; Preston Pruett and wife Heather, Broken Arrow, OK; Janelle Pruett, Oologah, OK; Travis Gaches and wife Sara, Collinsville, OK; Stephanie Gaches and fiancée Seth Shingleton, Collinsville, OK; Taylor Pruett, Conway, Ark.; and Harrison Reed Pruett, Conway, Ark. Patricia was blessed to have eight great grandchildren and was greatly anticipating two on the way. She also is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, July 25 at The Lighthouse Church of God in Stilwell, OK at 10 a.m. with Jerry Sellers officiating
