Linda Rae (Laughlin) Pringle

Linda Rae (Laughlin) Pringle
February 20, 1948 ~ January 22, 2025

Linda Rae Pringle, age 76, of Meeker, Oklahoma, finished her race on Monday, January 20, 2025 in Shawnee.

She was born February 20, 1948 to Aaron and Oma (Rodman) Laughlin in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Linda was raised in Shawnee and attended Shawnee Public Schools.

Linda met Perry A. Pringle at church, and they were married on January 4, 1966. After marriage Perry entered the U.S. Marine Corps on January 13, 1966 and proudly served his country until his honorable discharge. Upon Perry’s discharge from the Marine Corps, they moved back to Shawnee and started their family. In 1982 they moved to the farm in Meeker and have since lived there.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved being a homemaker. She was a proud mother to her children, and proud Nana to her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Linda was a member of Meeker Assembly of God. She loved the Lord and was very active with her church activities and was a Prayer Warrior. You could also count Linda for encouraging others and her gift for making people laugh. She hung on for a miracle, now she is with her Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Oma Laughlin; son, Gregory Todd Pringle; and grandson, Bailey Pringle.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 59 years, Perry A. Pringle of the home; children, Monte and Rebecca Pringle of Earlsboro, OK, Aron and Tiffany Pringle of Shawnee, OK and Tish and Keith Webb of Meeker, OK; grandchildren, Michael Pringle, Sarah Pringle, Brittany and Kyle Smith, Dakota and Brittanie Fowler, Cody Walker, Skylor Webb, Taylor Webb, Halee & Michael Hogan and Devin Pringle; great-grandchildren, Raylee, Stetson, Harlee, Heston, Barrett, Riggs and Daisy; sisters, Vicky Dunn, Regina and Chris Ramsey and Paula Laughlin; and other loving extended family and friends.

The family will hold A Celebration of Life Service in honor of Linda at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, 2025, at Meeker Assembly of God in Meeker, OK with Pastor Bill Forman officiating. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
