Virginia Lorraine Prince 80, passed away May 1st, 2021 in Guthrie Oklahoma surrounded by family. She was born November 10th, 1940 in Salinas, California to William Anthony Dent and Mamie Mancha. There, she attended a Catholic High School which instilled her strong Catholic faith that guided her throughout her life.
She was married to Donald R. Prince Sr on May 4th, 1963 in California. Together they had a son, Donald R. Prince Jr. In 1980 they moved, making Oklahoma their home. Virginia enjoyed a career in the food industry until she retired. She also was an avid football fan and loved to sit in the sun at any outdoor gathering with family.
She is a grandmother of two, Tara Markus and husband Ryan, and Troy Lee Prince and wife Alicia. Virginia also had seven great-grandchildren: Clay, Carleigh, and Emmie Markus. Also, Drake, Jackie, Lily, and Brody Prince. She also leaves behind many family members, including nieces and nephews in California.
Virginia is survived by her son Donald R. Prince Jr, 55 and his wife Vicky J. Prince. Her sister Diana Ledin and husband Mike of California.
She is preceded in death by her parents William and Mamie Dent, brother Bill Dent, and Sister Patricia Cutts.
