Ricky Lee Price was born October 15, 1963, at Watonga, Oklahoma to Richard and Patricia (Blehm) Price and passed away September 15, 2021, at the age of 57.
Ricky was a resident of the Watonga Community, to which he returned in 2001, after traveling the United States, living in various locations. He married Cindy at Geary, Oklahoma in 2007. Ricky worked for Oklahoma Department of Transportation for 10 years and did construction and concrete work on his own time- that is, if he wasn’t doing some of his favorite hobbies which included: gardening, duck hunting, or whipping up a delicious meal. Ricky was an amazing cook, and often loved to cook for family and friends. He also enjoyed duck hunting and was State Champ Trap Shooter at ten years old. He attended Watonga High School and graduated in 1981 and was a member of the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Tim Price.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Price of the home in Watonga, Oklahoma.
Three daughters………………. Aimee Osterhout, and husband Matt of Hitchcock, Oklahoma; Melissa Montoya and husband Preston Crowley of Enid, Oklahoma and Katie Buller and husband Steven of Weatherford, Oklahoma.
One sister………………………… Ava Price of Geary, Oklahoma.
Five grandchildren…………… Sam Osterhout, Brook Osterhout, Carson Osterhout, Ayla Meyers, and Valhalla Montoya.
The Memorial service for Ricky Price will be held Monday, September 20th, at 10:30 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Watonga, with Pastor Orval Peters officiating and Wilkinson Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
