Justin Ray Price passed away from this life on October 14, 2023, at the age of 41 in Cleveland, Oklahoma.
Justin was born on October 11, 1982, in Houston, Texas, the son of Chris Aaron and Gena Raylene (Ryan) Price. Justin moved with his parents and sister from Houston at the age of nine to Cleveland. Justin began attending school in Cleveland completing his education at Cleveland High School. During his time in school Justin worked at Miss Lillies in Pawnee. On May 27, 2011, Justin was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart Laticia Gail Tilley in Terlton, Oklahoma. Justin has worked at several restaurants in the area. He has also been employed at Davis Pipe Testing as well as U.S. Steel in Tulsa and several other jobs.
Justin enjoyed spending time with his wife and girls. Their mornings began by waking the girls up with his singing. They enjoyed reading the Word, especially Charles Stanley during his morning devotions on the way to school. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family. Justin was very well spoken and adamant that the "Earth is not a globe. The Earth is not round." He was also known to yell "Cowboyyy" when completing a task. Justin was an excellent storyteller and very dramatic with his delivery. He was always willing to help others and make sure they were taken care of. Justin was also known for his great hugs and his ability to cook.
Survivors include his wife Laticia, three children Kalista Thompson and husband Blake of Owasso, Oklahoma, Kyra and Kammi Price of the home, parents Chris and Gena Price of Collinsville, Oklahoma; sister Jessica Hicks and husband Jeremy of Collinsville, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents Vernon and Bobbie Ryan of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cliff and Sandy Woods of Cleveland, Oklahoma; grandchildren Parker Ray and Stella Grace; nephews Cohen and Carter Hicks and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, October 20, 2023, at the First Baptist Terlton Church with Tim Muniz officiating. Family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Justin to his tribute fund to help with Funeral costs. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
