Woodward, Okla. — Cindy (Rolls) Pratt was born July 30, 1958 in Bowie, Texas to Wilma Sue and Alvin Valton Rolls, Jr. She passed away October 26, 2013 at Elk City, Oklahoma with her family by her side.
Cindy graduated from Sayre High School in 1976 with best dressed and best figure of her class. She received a scholarship to SWOSU where she attended for one year. Cindy was married to Pat Devine in 1977. They formed a family in Woodward Oklahoma where they had 3 boys over the years. Cindy worked as an office manager for Northwest Generator Rentals, Inc. a business she and husband Pat had established. In 1984 she started as an office manager at Devine’s Hallmark Store where she worked for many years. She later moved to Tulsa Oklahoma where she had a beautiful daughter with second husband Beau Pratt. There, Cindy worked as an office manager at Eastern Oklahoma Ear, Nose, and Throat Center. She ended her career at Downtown Diva’s in Elk City. She was a free spirit who loved the arts. Painting was one of her many talents that she was passionate about. She was also a very talented interior decorator, and she loved music and cooking. Cindy was very fashionable and was always well dressed and beautiful. She loved the outdoors and in her younger years enjoyed water and, snow skiing. But, with everything she loved, Cindy loved her children and family the most. They were her rock. Cindy is now working as an Angel and we are sure she is doing a great job. She will be missed and always loved by her family and many friends that she acquired.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her children, Christoper John Devine and wife, Sara, of Woodward, OK, Dillon Patrick Devine and wife, Alyssa, of Woodward, OK, Andrew Jordan Devine and wife, Toni, of Woodward, OK, Madelyn Victoria Pratt, Tulsa, OK; 6 grandchildren, Kalie, Caiden and Colten Devine and Jodi, Riley and Miles Devine: her mother, Sue Rolls of Elk City, OK; 3 sisters, Kim Rolls of Nocona, TX, Kristy Smith of Elk City, OK and Ruelynn Ivey of Elk City, OK; a special sister, Trecia Hamilton and husband, Alan, of Rowlett, TX; special friends, Kelly Woods of Oklahoma City, OK and Tony Taylor of Sharon, OK and a host and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Rose Chapel with Andy Taylor officiating.
