Jacqueline N. (Andrews) Powers
February 16, 1927 ~ December 8, 2017

Jacqueline N. (Andrews) Powers was born on February 16, 1927 in Three Sands, Oklahoma. Jacqueline peacefully passed from this life and went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2017 at the age of 90.

Jacqueline was the daughter of Stanford Andrews and Mattie Matthews and she was the step-daughter of Ruth and Russel Traynor. She received her education in Bowlegs, Oklahoma which is near Tonkawa, Oklahoma. She graduated high school from Bowlegs on May 16, 1941.

Jacqueline worked for Jane Philips Medical Center for many years. When she retired, she continued her residence in Bartlesville. She loved spending time with family and friends and was a joy to be around. In her spare time, she liked crafting and gardening. Her children, grandchildren and a host of other family and friends will always remember her kindness and her love for everyone.

She is survived by her two sisters, Rita Ingraham of Arizona and Yvonne Lawrence of Texas. She is also survived by two of her children, Arlene and spouse, Robert Snellgrove of Bartlesville, and Roy "Butch" Huckabey and his spouse, Jeri Kay of Algonquin, Illinois. She also has numerous grandkids, great-grandkids and several great-great grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanford Andrews and Mattie Matthews; her step-parents, Ruth and Russell Traynor; an infant daughter; an infant sister, Audry Lee Andrews; and two children, Doyle Osborn and Judy Warren.

Private family services will take place at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
