Larry Wade Poulter of Deer Creek passed away Friday July 15, 2016 at his home surrounded by family and loved ones. He was 55 years of age.
Larry was born on March 25, 1961 in Ponca City, OK to Leslie J. and Mabel Ann Claypool Poulter.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday July 19, 2016 in Grace Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeff McReynolds officiating. Visitation will be held at Grace Memorial Chapel Monday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with Grace Memorial Chapel is in care of funeral arrangements.
Larry lived in Oklahoma and New Mexico and he enjoyed fishing, camping, grilling, smoking meat and cooking for Family and friends. In his early years, he enjoyed riding his Harley until health forced him to retire from riding.
Survivors include: 2 daughters; Stacey Oliver of Manassas, VA; Jennifer Salas and husband Jose of Blackwell, OK 2 sons: Ty Poulter and Callie Moore of Ponca City, OK and Nash Poulter of Deer Creek, OK His girlfriend Bridget Smith of several years and her children; Trinity and Ivory Rogers of the Home; 6 brothers: Wayne Poulter of Arizona, Raymond Poulter and wife Rose Mary of Pawhuska, OK Frank Poulter of Kentucky, Ed Poulter and wife Marsha of Yukon, OK Allen Poulter and wife Genda and Darryl Poulter and wife Pam all of Wichita, KS 2 sisters; Vestina McGinty and husband LJ of El Paso, TX and Linda Bradford of Ponca City, OK 5 grandchildren: Troy and Kati Poulter, Mia, Sareen and Tahlia Salas and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Bob and Jerry Poulter and 1 sister; Carolyn Cirkel.
