Linna Potts, 72, of Colbert, Oklahoma, passed away on February 10, 2024 in Denison, Texas.
Linna was born on December 20, 1951, to Mary Nell Herman in La Mesa, Texas. She graduated from Colbert High School. After graduating high school, she married Tony Potts on January 19th, 1973. They moved to West Texas and returned to Colbert in 1994. Linna worked many different jobs before she retired. She loved going to church, spending time with her family, and her grandchildren were the joy of her life.
Linna is preceded in death by her husband, Tony Potts, mother, Mary Nell Crawford, and brother, Marvin Herman.
She is survived by her two children, son, James Potts and wife Sarah of Purcell, OK and daughter, Trista Wynn of Colbert, OK; grandchildren, Makenzie Wynn, Lillian Wynn, and Jillian Bradford; brother, Joe Herman of Corsicana, TX, sister-in-law Joyce Jackson of Tomball, TX, sister-in-law Susie Busby and husband Billy of Colbert, OK, brother-in-law Glen Potts of Colbert, brother-in-law Joey Potts of Colbert, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Services to celebrate Linna’s life will be at Cartwright First Baptist Church Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 10 a.m. Pastor Troy Phillips will officiate. Condolences to the family may be sent to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma
