Ruby Jean Poor was born June 3, 1935 in Park Hill, Oklahoma, the daughter of Henry and Mary Lee (Daughtery) Dick. She was married to Cecil Poor in November 12, 1955 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mrs. Ruby loved to fish, sing, and shop at flea markets and yard sales. She loved to cook for her family and friends and was known for her squirrel dumplings. She was a faithful member of New Beginnings Church and a die-hard Boomer Sooner fan.
Mrs. Poor passed this life on November 9, 2015 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 80. She leaves to mourn her passing: three sons and daughters in law: Steve and Leigh Poor, Mike and Viola Poor, and Douglas and Katherine Poor. Grandchildren: Chad and Barbara Poor, Todd Poor, Jennifer Poor Catron, Mike and Amy Poor, Koye Poor, Kandee and Ike Wacoche, and Isabella Poor. Great grandchildren: Natalie and Evan Poor, Justice, Jaylee, Jacelyn, and Jarret Catron, Pearce, Legend, and Maverick Poor, Kailey, A.J. and Draven Wacoche amd a very special friend, Joann Girty.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Poor; her parents, Henry and Mary Lee Dick; one sister, Mabel Dick and two brothers, Ocie and Watt Dick.Ruby
