Richard Pool

Richard Pool
January 23, 1953 ~ December 10, 2020

Richard Pool, age 68, passed away on December 10, 2020. He was born on January 23, 1952 in California to Ira and Polly Pool. He attended Dos Palos Public Schools. He married Barbara Jean Dodd in Ft. Smith, Arkansas on July 8th, 1972 and had three children, Richard Jr., Toby, and Wendy. On December 4, 1979, he married Vicky Dollar in Gainesville, Texas. He enjoyed classic American muscle cars, drinking coffee with friends, a good estern, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Polly Pool, wife Vicky Pool, his son Richard H. Pool Jr., his grandson Taigen Nanney, brothers James Pool and Charles Pool, sisters, Viola Campbell and Hanna Murphy, great grandchildren Avery Matthews and Theo Barrientos.

He is survived by his son Toby Pool of Tishomingo, Ok, daughter Wendy Howard and husband Tony of Ardmore, OK, daughter Melody Gaddis of Tishomingo, OK, and son David Nanney of Tishomingo, Ok. His brother Danny Pool and spouse Kathy Fowler of Tishomingo, Ok, and sister Mary Edding of El Nida, CA. Richard also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as well a numerous friends and family.
