Velda Ann Poage, 38, of 6888 Guthrie St. San Bernardino. She was born in Okeen, Okla. and had lived in California 19 Years.
Survivors include her husband, Delmar; her daughter, Terri of San Bernardino; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Adee of Oklahoma; her sister, Lanora Irwin of New Mexico; and her paternal grandmother, Myrtle Adee of Oklahoma.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Mark B. Shaw Chapel. Burial will be in Montecito Memorial Park. Friends may call after 10 a.m. tomorrow at the chapel.
