Memorial Services for Mrs. Loveta Pidgue, 85, of Milburn, Oklahoma will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 6:00 p. m. in the Herb Clark Memorial Chapel in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with Brother Jerry Davenport officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date. Mrs. Pidgue passed away on April 25, 2016 at her home. The family selected cremation after the service.
Loveta was born on March 25, 1931 in Clarita, Oklahoma to Henry Romines and Lucy Ophelia (Reeves) Romines. She attended schools in Clarita and California before returning to Oklahoma. Loveta was a good seamstress and had owned a drapery shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma at one time. She had worked at one of the local sewing factories in our area and she her husband were also the owners of the City Cafe' in Wapanucka, Oklahoma. Loveta was of the Baptist faith and had attended the First Baptist Church in Wapanucka.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dennie Angel, husband, Ray Hackworth, three sisters and one brother.
Survivors include, her husband, Melvin Pidgue, her son, Trenton Angel, her daughter, Ronda Proctor and husband Frank, four grandsons, Bryant Justice, Rick Justice, Kevin Angel and Justin Rector, ten great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
