Loretta (Lori) Walsh Phillips was born April 17, 1939, and passed away June 9, 2021.

Loretta (Lori) Walsh Phillips was born 17 April 1939 to Viva F Jones & Arthur L Walsh in Marion, IN. The family later moved to St. Charles, IL where Lori attended school & graduated from St. Charles HS in June 1957.
She married Donald E Colyer on 10 August 1957 in St Charles. After their divorce, she married William B Davis on 9 January 1970 in Geneva, IL. They moved to Los Angeles, CA shortly after their marriage. William died in January 1980. Lori married Robert Phillips on 22 October 1983 in Los Angeles, CA. They moved to Enid in 1992.
While living in Los Angeles, Lori attended both Cal State Northridge & Santa Monica College. After moving to Enid, she earned a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology at NWOSU. She worked as an LPC at Enid Counseling & Diagnostics.
Lori was active and an officer of the Keeper of the Plains Pow Wow Committee, a member and officer of The Enid Intertribal Club, a member of the Keeper of The Plains Scholarship Committee and The Enid Intertribal Scholarship Committee. She was also a member of the American Counseling Association, Psi Chi Honor Society in Psychology and Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Lori is survived by her daughter Jacquelin Abatan, niece Maghan Buffkin, nephew Eric Breckner, numerous cousins, a great nephew and 3 great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob Phillips) her parents and her brother Richard A Walsh.
