Jodie Kristin Phillips was born to Jim and Janet (Provine) Atterbury on December 15th, 1984. She left this earth unexpectedly into the arms of her heavenly Father on July 22nd, 2020.
She graduated from MCHS class of 2003. She worked along with her brothers at United Wholesale.
She married Gerard “Jay” Phillips August 1st, 2009 and they were blessed with one son Kobe James, stepsons Shelton and Jaydon, and stepdaughter Makayla, and grandson Kyrie. Also, her in-laws Willie J and Ella Parker.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of MWC.
She is survived by her husband, children, parents, parents’ in-law, her two brothers and their wives Jim and Laura Atterbury, Jeff, and Kara Atterbury and one sister and her husband Jennifer and Brandon Faircloth. Also, her beloved nieces and nephews, Korie and James Atterbury, Clayton, Carter, Kiley, and Corbin Faircloth and Kyle Atterbury as well as, all her aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins and many good friends. She will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be on Monday July 27th at 10:30 AM at First Baptist MWC.
