Billy Paul Phillips, 83, of Copan, died Friday in Claremore.
Visitation for Billy will be on Wednesday, May 29th from noon to 8:00 pm at the Davis Family Funeral Home Dewey Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 30th in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Copan with Pastor Michael Leskowhe and Willard Lyons officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Caney, Kansas. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home Dewey Chapel.
