Patricia Ann "Trish" Phelan

October 16, 1973 ~ October 24, 2025

Patricia “Trish” Phelan, 52, of Hennessey, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Born on October 16, 1973, Patricia was 52 years old at the time of her passing. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Catherine, her grandmother, Rita Mae, and her grandfather, Robert.

Patricia is survived by her devoted husband, Jeremey “JJ” Phelan; her daughters Kelsi, Pamela, Brittany, Jayden, and Jeryn; and her son Jayce. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren: Noelle, Jose, Marcellus, Wiser, Aracely, Jennings, Solas, Cash, Gentry, and Stetson, who brought her endless joy.

Known for her wild personality, kind heart, and bright smile, Patricia was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her warmth, energy, and generosity.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Crosspoint Assembly, Crescent, Oklahoma.

Patricia will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
