Mark Stephen Perrey, 62, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 27, 2020.
Mark was born on September 6, 1957, in Jefferson City, Missouri to parents Nelson and Catherine Perrey. He attended college at Southwest Missouri State University and received a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Mark married Teresa Roy Perrey in 1980. In 1981, he began a career at Conoco Phillips, retiring in 2016 as a Senior Systems Analyst after 35 years of dedicated service. When Mark wasn’t traveling the world with Teresa and friends, he was fishing, walking the Pathfinder trail, volunteering, and being the best grandpa. Mark was a faithful member and Deacon of the Adams Boulevard Church of Christ and could be counted on to fix any computer problem. He was a wonderful Husband, Dad, Brother, Grandpa and Friend.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents.
Mark is survived by his wife, Teresa Perrey; sons, Christopher and wife Anna Jane Perrey of Wichita, KS and Alan and wife Angela Perrey of Norman, OK; daughter, Adrienne and husband Brock Robertson of Cypress, TX; brother, Dale and wife Terri Perrey of Austin, TX; sisters, Mary Schepers and Karen Perrey both of Jefferson City, MO; grandchildren, George and Betsy Perrey, Harvey and Elliott Robertson, and Atticus Perrey; five nephews and three nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made for the Casa Angelina Orphanage in Guatemala, where Mark has served on many mission trips. Checks may be sent to Adams Blvd Church of Christ or donations may be made on their website under the “Give” link.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 2, 2020 at
the Adams Boulevard Church of Christ.
