The services celebrating and honoring the life of Wyatt E. Perkins Jr., 64, of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday September 7, 2024, in the Brown-Cummings Chapel with Pastor Alan Seibel officiating. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.

Wyatt was born August 9, 1960, to Wyatt E. Sr. and Joyce Hogan Perkins in Ukiah, California and passed from this life August 31, 2024, in Enid, Oklahoma.

He moved as a young child and was raised and educated in Stayton, Oregon graduating with the class of 1979. He began his career as a long-haul truck driver. He married Myrtle Mary White September 4, 1990, in St. Helens Oregon, from this union came five Children. He drove the mail route and was a gas station attendant in Oregon. In 1996 the family moved to Enid where he worked for Beaver Express as a driver and Dollar Trucking and then Hogan Transportation until he was medically unable. He shared the love of woodworking with his father, he enjoyed gaming on his computer and was an accomplished Saxophone player.

He is survived by his wife Mary, of the home, and six children Samantha Wixom, of Rosenberg Texas, SaraRose, Blair, Wyatt E. Perkins III, of Enid and Emma and Trenton of Kentucky; and his mother Joyce Perkins, of Enid.

He was preceded in death by his father Wyatt Perkins and two sisters, Anna Pelto and Sherrie Perkins.
