Celebration of life services for Cindy, 62, will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022, Redeemer Lutheran Church, Pastor Dwayne Schroeder officiating.

Arrangements under the guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Cindy Sue (McGill) Pekrul
September 24, 1959 ~ March 16, 2022

Celebration of life services for Cindy Sue Pekrul, 62, Enid resident, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2022 in the Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor Dwayne Schroeder officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Cindy was born on September 24, 1959 in Attica, Kansas, the daughter of Donald McGill and Stella Ann Kingsoliver McGill, and passed away on March 16, 2022 in Oklahoma City. She was raised in Kansas. Cindy married Douglas Kent Pekrul on September 24, 1982 in Enid. They made their home on a farm outside of Ringwood, moving to Enid in 1999. Cindy was a lifelong homemaker, working for Western Sizzlin, Jumbos, Enid Police Department and Sandbox Daycare. She was a member of Redeember Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Misty and husband Nick Victor of Enid; two sons, B.J. and wife Mandy Pekrul of Enid, Tony and wife Sandra Pekrul of Okeene; 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild on the way; brothers, Tony and wife Stacy Bookout of Enid, and David McGill of Garber, and brother, Seth McGill.

Cindy was preceded in passing by her parents, husband Douglas, grandchild, Madison Michele Victor, brother, Dennis McGill.

The family has selected The Ronald McDonald House as appropriate for memorial donations. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
