Gerald Coleman "Jerry" Peebles
June 19, 1945 ~ May 4, 2013

Gerald "Jerry" Coleman Peebles, age 67, of Oklahoma City died May 4, 2013. He was born June 19, 1945 to Jacqueline and H. C. Peebles in Terre Haute, Indiana.

He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's Degree in Human Resources.

Among his career pursuits, he was a regional manager in real estate, a truck line driving instructor, and also worked in commission sales. Jerry was known for his quick wit, enjoyed fishing, music and sports, and was a passionate follower of the political process.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry was survived by his brother Charles C. Peebles of Sparks, Nevada, his sister Nancy Nebergall of Tyrone, Georgia, his daughter Jerri Anne Hearod of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his son Patrick J. Peebles of Port Townsend, Washington, two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on June 1, 2013 at Mt. Olive Senior Cottages clubhouse. Address is 3856 N. Kelley Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73111.
