Memorial Services will be held for Melvin Wayne Pavlicek of Chandler Oklahoma, formerly of Watonga, at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Lehman Funeral Home in Wellston, Oklahoma.

Melvin was born on October 2, 1936 in Menlo, Kansas to Joseph and Flossie Pavlicek, and died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Chandler, Oklahoma at the age of 79.

Melvin married Lynda Schlosser on May 16, 1959 in Kermit, Texas. This union brought them a daughter, Kimberlee Kay Pavlicek Bridges of Watonga, Oklahoma and a son Chad Wayne Pavlicek of Chandler.

Melvin was blessed with four grandchildren, Austyn and his wife Meredith, Clay, Kelsea and Baylee.

Preceding him in death were his parents; bride of 53 years, Lynda; brother, Merle and infant brother, Marshall.

The family would like to thank Chandler Nursing Center and Physicians Choice Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion.
