Dana Marie (Jones) Patton
December 13, 1966 ~ February 24, 2024

Glencoe, OK - On February 23rd, 2024, Dana Marie Jones Patton passed away at Stillwater Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was 57 years old. Dana was born on December 13th, 1968, to Dennis Michael Jones and Connie Jane Daniel Jones.

She attended Farmers Branch Elementary in Texas, then transferred to Newkirk High School in Oklahoma. Later, she moved to Chapparal High School in Anthony, Kansas, where she graduated in 1985. She then attended the University of Kentucky and received an Associate of Applied Science Degree.

Dana later moved to Vail, Colorado, where she worked at ski resorts. She met and married her first husband, Anthony Carter, and they had a son, Zack, before divorcing. She then married Ray Patton.

Dana worked for many years as a Pet Department Head at Walmart and was affectionately known as "the fish lady" due to her love for animals. She also enjoyed making jewelry and often gifted her family beautiful creations.

Dana leaves behind her son Zack Patton, who cared for her until the end, her sisters Denise Michelle Jones, her children Michael Jones, Shana Brett, Michelle Goucher, Shayla Addison, April Matal, Alyssa Matal, and Daniel Matal, and numerous grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Diana Lea Jones Christy, her husband, Mark Christy, and her two daughters, Tia Imel Bent and Heather Hamm, and grandchild Evora, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service for Dana will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2024, 10 a.m., at Church On The Move in Tulsa, with Pastor Priscilla Shields officiating.
