Betty Jean (Robinson) Passmore

Betty Jean Passmore was born August 12, 1938 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Charslie and Royce Robinson. She died peacefully at a local nursing home with family members at her side on March 8, 2014 in Lawton, at the age of 75.

She was raised with her family in Chickasha until she moved to Tipton, OK in 1978 where she farmed and owned and operated A. Passmore & Sons Trucking. She married Arther Lee Passmore in February, 1964; he died in 1995. She lived in Tipton for over thirty years until she moved to Lawton to be closer to family. She was a hard worker all of her life; she enjoyed being a mother, but most of all being a grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church Tipton.

She was preceded in death by husband, Arther Lee Passmore; both parents, Royce and Charslie Robinson; brother, Tommy Sanders; sister, Tina Rodgers; niece, Mary Ann Miller.

She is survived by her three sons, Gary Kyees of Rhode Island, Jim Passmore and his wife Rose, of Yukon, and Robert Passmore and his wife Mandy of Newalla; three daughters, Donna Rogers and her husband Stacey of Kentucky, Debra Murphy and her husband Tim of Campbellsville, KY, and Robin Passmore-Henderson and her husband Tommy of Lawton; grandchildren, David Kyees, Ashley Kyees, Micheal Harmon, Rayann Davidson, Jeramy Davidson, Wille Jaffe, Sara Lee Murphy, Timonthy Murphy, Amberly Gorham, Lee Passmore, James Passmore, Kristi Kerby, Meranda Passmore, Bailee Passmore, and Sara Passmore;and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
