Daniel Rex Parr of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died early Friday morning, June 5, 2020, at his home at the age of 55 years.

Daniel was born on September 10, 1964 in Blackwell, Oklahoma the son of James Rex “Jim” Parr and Twila Mae (Buellesfeld) Parr. He attended Blackwell Public Schools.

He worked as a CNC Machinist. He loved family cookouts, hunting, fishing and going mudding in his suburban. One of his favorite places were the mountains in Colorado. Daniel was a huge Patriots fan, and he enjoyed participating in mud runs and driving his Bronco. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed by so many, and he left a positive impact on all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Survivors include children, Stevi Imes, Rex Parr II (Rikki) and Carissa Parr; siblings, Michelle Glass (Ken), Ranae Martinez, Curtis Parr (Tammy), Joby Parr (Linda); and grandchildren, Emma Thomas, Piston Imes, Elizabeth Parr and Brecken Parr.

Private services will be held.

Honorary casket bearers will be Paul Epperly, Robert Epperly, Neil Glass, Evan Parr, Malachi Parr, Jeff Love and Jeff Butzback.

Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scouts of America – Cimarron Chapter sent in c/o the funeral home.
