Asa Eugene Parnell, aged 40, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on July 9, 2024. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on May 18, 1984, Asa brought joy and laughter to those around him throughout his life.
Asa was well-known for his overalls and vibrant personality, being the life of the party with an infectious laugh and a heart of gold. His culinary skills were unmatched, often experimenting with new recipes and creating his own seasonings, which brought his family and friends together around the dinner table.
A proud graduate of Blanchard High School and Mid-America Vo-Tech, where he studied Machine Shop, Asa built a career as a dedicated truck driver, a job that allowed him to travel and experience the country in ways that few can.
Beyond his professional life, Asa was an avid reader with a keen interest in conspiracy theories. His hobbies also included shooting and collecting guns, and he even made his own bullets. These activities were more than pastimes; they were passions that Asa shared with friends and family
Asa is survived by his loving wife, Tiffany, and their daughters Trinity, Tory, Tearney, Genevieve, and Harlow; his parents, Rosa and Eugene Parnell; his sisters, Shelly Thompson and Bree Parnell; and his extended family, including his sister-in-law Kandice and Andrew Salada, brother-in-law Craig and Bethany McNett, nieces Kelsey Henry, Sadie, and Everleigh McNett, and nephews Tyler Henry, Garrett Graham, Clifton Roberts, and AJ Salada.
Viewing for family and friends will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, July 14, 2024, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 15, 2024, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel.
