Venita Parks was born September 29, 1950 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Delorise Ruth and James Stewart. She passed away March 20, 2016 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years, 5 months and 21 days.
The family moved around quite a bit but mainly stayed in western Oklahoma. At the age of 18, she moved to California where she met Kenneth Parks and they moved to Houston where they were married. They remained there for 16 years before moving to Erick to make their home. Venita loved spending time with her grandkids and enjoyed crocheting and woodcrafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Nancy Louise Parks, a brother, Carol Stewart, a sister, Emma Talley
She is survived by her a daughter, Angie Hayen and husband, Frank, Erick, OK; a son, Kenneth D. Williams and wife, Lea, Amarillo, TX; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a brother, Dale Stewart, Olustee, OK; a sister, Linda Stewart, Hollis, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.
