Kay Dorothy Pannell-Digney, 72, of Owasso, died Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
Kay was born February 18, 1947 in Ashland, Pennsylvania to parents Kenneth and Ruth (Knock) Rudisill.
She graduated from Abington Pennsylvania High School in 1965.
Kay worked as a secretary for most of her life for companies including Central Jr. High School and Garrison, Brown, Carleson and Buchannon.
She married James Alan Pannell and later divorced. She then married Michael Digney in 2001. Michael preceded her in death in 2003.
Kay enjoyed acting with the Bartlesville Theatre Guild and attending the
American Legion Baseball games.
She is preceded in death by her parents,
husband Michael and sister Ruth Ann Sittler.
Kay is survived by her son John Alan Pannell and fiance Amanda Erin Redington; grandchildren Abby Grace Pannell, Maci Alexandra Redington and Lola Claire Redington and nephew Thomas Sittler.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
