Memorial services for Aimee Nicole Pando, 36, of Guthrie, OK will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 30, 2011 at First Christian Church, Guthrie with Dr. Dennis E. Clark officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Aimee was born on June 28, 1975 in Oklahoma City, OK to Van and Patricia Free. She and her father, Van Howard Free, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011 in Guthrie due to an auto accident.

Aimee graduated Grant High School in 1993 and the University of Central Oklahoma in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in elementary Education and a master's degree in 2004 from UCO in Guidance and Counseling.

Aimee married Rolando Pando January 5, 2007 in Oklahoma City. She was a guidance counselor at Hefner Middle School in Oklahoma City.

She is survived by her loving husband Rolando Pando of the home; three beautiful children Rolando Pando, Jr., Anabelle Pando, and Abel Pando all of the home; her mother Patricia Free of Guthrie; two sisters Melissa McLeroy of Oklahoma City and Maggie Leep and husband Jeff of Oklahoma City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Aimee is preceded in death by her grandparents Ed and Mildred Free and grandfather John Cain.

Aimee was caring, loving, and hilarious. She loved her students, loved history, loved to read, and more than anything, loved to spend time with her husband and three children.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations at any Bank of Oklahoma to the Aimee Pando Memorial Fund, benefiting her children. You may also mail checks made payable to the Aimee Pando Memorial Fund to 2501 Northwest 111th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
