Jay Lynn Page, age 78, a Durant, OK resident, formerly lived in Lubbock, TX over 50 years then moved to Atoka for the past 15 years and then Durant, was born on Wednesday, August 18, 1943, to Marvin and Hulda (Reasnor) Page, at Floyd Ada, TX. Jay passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Plano, TX.
He attended school in Ralls, Texas then went on to attend college. Jay was a salesman in the janitorial business, Waggoner Co. was the last company he worked for.
Jay proudly served his country in The U.S. Army during 1960 - 1963. He was raised in the baptist faith and when he came back to Atoka he became a member of the Atoka United Methodist Church. He was a multi engine and instrument rated pilot and held a commercial certificate pilot license. Jay did commercial flying and some crop dusting, was also aerobatic certified.
Jay is survived by his daughters, Tara, Tillneal, Tatum; brothers, Ray Page and wife Shirley of Atoka, OK, Dicky Page and wife Linda of Atoka, OK; 5 grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Hulda (Reasnor)
Page; sisters, Joyce Knott, Beverly Gay Hartsell.
